pr3 directory, with pr2 back page, could it be true?

I was wondering if it could be true that my directory http://www.linkunow.com (http://www.linkunow.com/)
that is only 3 mos. old could have a pr3 home page and pr2 back page. I have heard a lot about how other site's pr is changing and was wondering if this is the real deal or not? I am kind of new and kind of nervous:confused: and not too sure how the updates work????

Yes, its possible to have page rank 3 for 3 months old directory.
PR depends on Back Link and internal linking too.
