Please can you guide me that how to increase the rankings of site by keywords in google if it is comming in 15th page of google I want it to come atleast on 1st page what should I do for it. I know that google gives the rankings by seeing the back links, but I had not more then 10 back links and how the anchor text helps in that, please tell me the way how to increase the rankings in Google so that I can work on it what you guide soon. I am getting good ranking from MSn and Yahoo but in google it is not why so.

It will be easier to give you pointers if you provide us with the url of your site.

Off the bat, you need to understand that it typically takes anywhere from 3 to 12 months to rank well in Google.

research the term "sandbox" and you'll see what I mean.

In the meantime you need to gradually acquire more and more backlinks for your site, using a variety of anchor text.

Be patient! It takes time to rank well in Google. If your rankings are solid in MSN and Yahoo then you're probably doing a good job of optimizing. Just keep adding links and content and you'll be fine.

Ehm. I already join google adsense and its good. I believe many people already earn well from adsense today. If not, why so many webmaster and blogger put that adsense code at their site right?

Google adwords really helps you to gain your traffic. As long as you have a budget with it. And be sure you have selected the right keyword to adwords. Why dont you just participate in all cars forums. So that your forum will be recognized.
