Up until now, I've never really seen a forum (other than here) that has threads that specifically focus on text link advertising.

It's important that knowledgable people moderate that forum, so that folks that are unfamiliar with the industry don't get mislead by unscrupulous webmasters or morons that don't know what they are talking about.
