anyone notice google instantly crawls when you post on your blog on certain sites?

I made a post on one of my friends blogs and 10 minutes later i did a search for the article on google and it was listed already. this is really intersting.

Yes, because Google is faster in crawling sites....

They love fresh contents....

i think it is due to the sites that worpdress notifiys... google picks up on those instantly.

It can be done in a very easy way. After posting new topic just ping the google. It will be listed in very short time but no cache you will find.

really? how is it done? perhaps if you're blogging in Blogspot which is owned by google, then it could be possible. But I have never experienced being indexed after just writing a post.

Obviously if the google treat the site as important, it will index the content more frequently.
