How you update your PR. This is the work of Google. And it is not possible to get PR in a week. It takes atleast 1 month depending on the relevancy of the content and back links.

Search engines are the ones that give PR ratings to website. the thing you need to do is wait and constantly check your site if there is improvement in your PR.
