Additionally, Meta Description is aslo important. Title Tag is very important. Using keywords wisely on each page of webpage. Stuffing Keywords in the content is the key.

( doubtful ) I really just don't believe a domain name has anything to do with relevancy... escpecially after the whole underscores vs hyphens fiasco...

Keyword rich domain is useful but it is not necessary that without keyword rich domain we cannot promote our website. Main factor is good back links with relevant anchor text. Rest 2 points are useful.
