Hi, guys.

Just a look at the problem from the side of an affiliate program. Definitely, we prefer to pay on the "per sale" basis. Otherwise very soon you will be cheated by some dishonest partners who'll be generating absolutely worthless traffic. So, you'll have to pay less for all clicks, including those which are good. This way what economists call "adverse selection" is being created.

But maybe there are some strong pro-s for the Pay Per Click system?
Can you share your experience with both?

Best regards, Seopharmacy

as with most online marketing, the key is to monitor ROI. If you engage in a PPC campaign, you must track the number of sales that are being generated via the campaign, either through the use of referral urls or some other means of tracking the PPC traffic all the way through to the sale.

Let me know if that makes sense, or if I should clarify further...

Both works. Cant say which one is better - that depends on many factors. pay par sale is obviously safer than anything else - but that alone may not be enough to tap the full market potential. As mentioned by hugoguzman, it is all about tracking the expense and monitoring the ROI.
