I just wanted to confirm that Google did in fact launch "Google Video" yesterday. As expected, the mega search engine launched their new video search engine complete with their very own video viewer coined "Google Video Viewer".
At this point, Google's video search capabilities do not match those of other services that are currently available on the web. TV video search servicessuch asBlinkx.tv are much more robust and developed at this point, but as with most things that Google does, their video searchoffering will improve and become more sophisticated over time.
